CHECK-IN
Upon arrival at the resort, you will be greeted by the ladies and gentlemen of The Ritz Carlton team. You will have the opportunity to leave your bags to be transported to your room. You do not need to worry about providing any gratuity to your bag porters as this has already been prearranged.
Please proceed down the covered entryway to the check-in area. All attendees will be required to present a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals not included in the experience. A hold will be placed on your credit card, but your card will not be charged until checkout. The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Debit cards will be accepted for final payment only.
Hotel check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. The hotel will make every effort to have your room ready upon your arrival.

As soon as you check in, step into the warm embrace of Hawaiian hospitality at our Welcome Experience in the Hawaiian Garden located near the lobby. Enjoy refreshing island-inspired drinks and light bites while picking up your luxury welcome gift bag and a personalized information packet curated for your unforgettable week in Maui.
Our DataStax team will be on hand to greet you, answer any questions, and ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional. The Welcome Experience will be available on our main arrival day, Wednesday, 5/21—if you're arriving earlier, we invite you to join us then!
After settling in, take some time to relax and refresh, then make your way to the Makai Lawn at 6:00 PM for an elegant sunset welcome reception and dinner, where we’ll toast to an incredible week ahead.
