We're thrilled to host round-trip economy air transportation for you and your guest from your preferred airport to Kahului Airport (OGG) on the official program dates.

BOOKING FIGHTS

All flights must be booked through Direct Travel, our Club travel agency. Do not book on your own—doing so may mean your expenses won’t be reimbursed (and we don’t want that!).

DOCUMENTS

Double check your travel documents. Please take a few moments to verify the following:

  • Passports: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after our departure date.

  • Visas: If required, confirm your travel visa is current and valid for travel to the United States.

  • ID Requirements: Ensure you have a government-issued photo ID for airport check-in.

TRAVEL TIPS

  • Liquids in Carry-On: Toiletries in carry-on luggage must be 3.4 oz (100 ml) or smaller and placed in a quart-size zip-lock bag for security screening.

  • Prohibited in Carry-On: Sharp or flammable objects (e.g., knives, razors, scissors) cannot be packed in carry-on luggage and should go in checked baggage.

  • Medications in Carry-On: Medications should be in labeled containers and kept in carry-on luggage; carrying a copy of the prescription is recommended.

TICKETING PROCESS

1️⃣ Enter Your Details:

During registration, you’ll provide air travel information for you and your guest. The TSA requires your FULL NAME, BIRTHDATE, and GENDER exactly as they appear on your passport. Get this right, or you may not be able to board!

2️⃣ Need to Book for Kids?

If you’re bringing children (beyond your guest), Direct Travel can assist—but these tickets will be at your own expense.

3️⃣ Flight Itinerary:

Within 4 business days, an agent will email you a proposed itinerary.

4️⃣ Review & Approve:

You’ll have 24 hours to approve or request changes via email.

5️⃣ Final Ticketing:

Once approved, your tickets will be issued. Any changes after ticketing will be at your own expense.

🚨 Important Notes

  • Flights are booked via the most direct & economical route from your departure city to Kahului (OGG).

  • Any additional costs for personal travel deviations, airline preferences, or pre/post trip extensions will be at your own expense.

  • Prefer to drive? No problem! You can expense long-term parking at the airport.

  • Need a lift? You can expense round-trip Uber, Lyft, or taxi fare.

💡 Pro Tip: If using Uber, book directly through your DataStax Uber account for a seamless experience—no need to submit for reimbursement later!

Welcome to Maui Kahului airport (OGG) 🌴 Upon landing at Kahului Airport (OGG), here’s what to do next:

🛄 Step 1: Grab Your Bags

  • Head to Baggage Claim to pick up your checked luggage.

🚗 Step 2: Meet Your Ride

  • Exit the baggage claim area and head to the pickup area for private cars and shuttles.

Look for a vehicle with a DATASTAX sign—that’s your ride!

🤝 Step 3: Aloha & On Your Way

  • A friendly greeter will:

    ✔️ Welcome you with a smile

    ✔️ Assist with your luggage

  • The drive to the Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua takes about 60 minutes—so sit back, relax, and enjoy the island vibes! 🌊🌴

DEPARTURE

Departure to the Airport - Kahului Airport (OGG)

You will receive a personalized departure notice outlining the details of your return transfer to the Kahului Airport (OGG) in your room at the Ritz-Carlton. The official hotel check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Departure transportation to the  Kahului Airport will be provided on Sunday, May 25th only. If you are departing on a later date, you are responsible for your own transportation arrangements.
